Efficient Corrugated Box Manufacturing Process

OUR PRODUCTION PROCESSES

The production process of V.S.S. is highly efficient, fast, and less labor intensive as it uses automated machines in handling the products. It features a flexo printer folder gluer machine, a strapping machine, and a robotic palletizing system.

FEEDING

The corrugated cardboard are loaded into the machine for processing and then fed into the machine one by one.

PRINTING

Printing plates are made based on the customer's design. This is inserted into the printer and then printed after the corrugated card boards are fed.

CUTTING

Printed boards are cut according to the size required by the customer.

GLUING

The board flaps are accurately placed with glue on its edges.

FOLDING

The boards are fold along the creases and glued together.

COLLECTING

The folded corrugated boards are collected.

SORTING

After collection, the boards are sorted into bundles, having 10 pieces each.

QUALITY CHECKING

Quality is ensured by checking that the products are correctly made and free from defects.

STRAPPING

The bundles are strapped with tear film straw rope to firmly secure the cartons.

PALLETIZING

Bundles are placed on to the pallet by a robot arm which can be programmed according to the size of the cartons, and the layout on the pallet.

WRAPPING

The products are wrapped around with plastic to protect it during transportation. This is to ensure that it arrives clean and in order to the customer.
